We can't say enough good things about Shawn and Leana. Our guests are still raving about how much fun the wedding was. We were very impressed by the smooth process - although the questionnaire is long, it made the day-of coordination very easy. Thanks again for everything!

We had a little bit of a hiccup when it came to our deposit. There was some miscommunication on if it had been paid/received. It all worked out just fine and I understand the confusion as we were mailing in checks all the way from Florida.

My only advice would be allowing the final meeting with th entertainer to happen two weeks before instead of the week of. As a bride- very stressful when all my other logistics were getting worked out and needed to communicate final changes.

Both performers were fantastic I just think communication throughout the process could be a little bit cleaner

Check out venue ahead of time. This was the first time for both Felix and Fingers and Fortnight Media at our venue; our main musician had gone ahead of time more than once to see the venue space and meet with the event/venue manager, but our photographer did not. Our photographer was super excited about all the photo ops and locations, which is great, but we felt like we maybe didn't need to spend as much time taking photos as we did if he had scoped out the space and made a schedule/plan for pictures ahead of time.

We would've appreciated to have more live classical music; our musicians ended up DJing all the classical pieces we requested because they were unable to play them/read the sheet music to play them.

Everything was perfect!

Would have been nice to meet with our primary musician prior to week of the wedding. We weren't able to confirm our first song until a couple days before the wedding. Granted I'm a terrible dancer and it wouldn't have changed anything, but preventing this extra stress would have been appreciated.

I would have liked to have chatted with the musicians, even for a short call earlier on in the process. We filled out a questionnaire that was pretty misleading. It made it seem like we had to accept audience requests and did not really give us a good avenue for expressing what we wanted out of the evening. When we finally chatted with the musicians a couple weeks before our wedding, we talked through those details and we were very pleased. However, having a short call earlier would have given us peace of mind that the performers were going to provide us what we were looking for (and they did, and it was awesome!). Always happy to elaborate.

The process with booking Felix and Fingers was easy and seamless. The show was absolutely fantastic and our attendees are still raving about it. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a dueling pianos event.

We heard from several guests that the music was too loud, though we appreciated the show and thought the performers were great! They did a great job interacting with the crowd and even helped us out with our door prizes, etc. Overall, great show. Thanks!

hmmm...not really anything I can think of. We loved the process from beginning to end.

The questionnaire is intense. It was very time consuming to fill it out amongst everything else for wedding planning going on. I had many questions on this and was told to do my best and the musicians would work through it with me later. Some of the questions should have been directly asked to the venue managers. It was very awkward and uncomfortable to be stuck in the middle especially when I requested Felix and Fingers to work with the venue on venue questions and was rejected. It took the venue managers strongly wording an email about possibilities of not working with Felix and Fingers in the future to finally get a call between the two. I'm happy the venue insisted on the call as the day would have been a disaster with logistics had the venue not spoken to Felix and Fingers in advance. For my questions, I struggled with it for a few months until it was finally time to have a meeting. On a related note, the musician was a no call no show to our first meeting about a week before the wedding. This was very frustrating as I had a lot on my plate.

There was also a lot of people in the process and it became hard to know who to reach out to and when. It would be nice to have one point person throughout the process and have them do a call to walk through the questionnaire together. The process felt very disorganized.

I think all of the people involved also led to some hiccups during the wedding day as the people that spoke to the venue managers weren't the same as the performers. For example, there were technical difficulties during the wedding processional and the music cut out for a chunk of it. The venue managers and questionnaire both warned of issues with WiFi.

We appreciate everything you did to help us have a wonderful and fun wedding reception! Your professionals are top notch!

It would have been good to get a little elevated so people could have a better view of the talented performers.
