The show was absolutely fantastic! I cannot recommend the performance enough.

The sales process and planning process we’re pretty clunky. Between very delayed responses and not very clear instructions, i found these two stages to be the most difficult with Felix and Fingers than with any other vendor.

My advice would be to clearly outline the deadlines of when song selections are due, especially the live requests deadlines. Additionally, playing time needs to be added into the contract because “8 hours of being on” isn’t clear that the performers will only play for 2 hours.

It was the most fun and interactive and just overall amazing performance by the 2 guys! Thanks for everything!!!

The only thing that was missing was background music which I believe was part of the "contract" and price. When I asked about background music one of the performers asked if he could just play background music. I didn't want that due to wanting the peformers to come out at the same time as the "show" started and not before.

Everything was amazing! There was a slight mixup with some of our songs for the reception and then for walking down the aisle but those were very minor and fixed quickly. They more than made up for it during the reception!
