Nothing everything was great

The show itself was great! I was, however, a little disappointed in the request process - something we had not done in the past. It attracted a couple attendees who basically, had us cover their playlists. I would not do this again - rather, take requests in advance and share a playlist with the performers prior to the show. That was the only negative comment heard was the distraction of the same people running up to request.

In my 'pre-show' discussion, I had also asked for a 'chewy' rendition of Music of the Night (Phantom of the Opera) or something equally as dramatic, knowing that Duncan & Katrina had the 'chops' for it! Broadway and such, as we never have any performers capable - but it was never done.

In any case, a great show - just need better communication next time around!

Absolutely nothing. From start to finish this was the best experience and made our day the best wedding we've ever been to and the most fun day of our lives.

Fix the online event questionnaire. I filled it out and the. Hit a wrong button. And it all deleted!!

I can not think of anything. Our experience was very smooth from the first contact call until the end of the event. Excellent service.

Felix and fingers were amazing and everything we wanted on our wedding day! It was a good mix of live music with DJ services. It’s been over a week and our guest from the wedding keep talking about the music! It was affordable and they did a great job with following schedule and keeping us informed on day of wedding. Thank you for everything!

It would have been helpful if the person doing the final call had read over our questionare prior to completing the call.

We spent a great deal of time filling out the questionnaire that was required. We were fine with taking the time to complete it because we knew this would help make sure everything went smoothly the day of the wedding. However, I'm not sure why during the reception this questionnaire did not seem to be followed. For the wedding party intros last names (DiMichelle) were frequently missed pronounced although the phonetic pronounciations were provided and also discussed during the final meeting. The first dance was supposed to occur at 7:05pm but did not occur until at least after 7:30pm. Our first dance song was playing as my husband and I were sitting at the head table. When I found the players from Felix and Fingers to ask why our song was being played they were outside with a drink and said they forgot to remove it from the playlist. I expressed my concern that we were way behind schedule. The Dueling Piano show was supposed to start at 7:15pm and we had not even done any of our first dance songs. They then had to replay our first dance song that everyone had just heard so we could dance to it. They also didn't play several of our must play songs including songs that we requested months in advance. One of our biggest concerns was that they never even did the bouquet toss song. Unfortunately with everything going on that day I didn't realize until after the reception that we did not do the bouquet toss. The piano playing was wonderful; however, we were extremely disappointed with the timing of events during the reception, mispronounciation of names and not doing the bouquet toss. I'm not sure why we spent hours filling out the questionnaire and taking the time to go over it in our final meeting if it wasn't going to be followed. We don't feel that it is the responsibility of the bride and groom to manage the timeline during the reception since we extensively went through the questionnaire with Felix and Fingers ahead of time and everyone has a copy of it.
