Everything was great! The players wished they would have know the orientation of the room before they got there so they would be prepared with the correct equipment.

It was very easy to get in contact with someone about our event, plan and then how a call about what we wanted. We had Maddie and Jordan play at our event and they were great!

It couldn't be any better - we love you guys and look forward to working together again next year!

Pretty disappointed with the performance with your company. Right before we had a call about the wedding and seemed like we were all on the same page but it was quick in the wedding when things fell apart. Below is a list of issues that occurred just as a reference
1. The delayed the start of our wedding which made the whole timeline and evening off, which is flat unacceptable. They arrived later than the allowed time for the venue which if they would have just come as early as possible there would not have been a delay
2. They were unable to get the microphone set up so our wedding went off with nearly half the guest hearing absolutely nothing.
3. The team failed to play the most simple part of the show. We walked out to the reception to no music at all. When we stood to start our first dance they then played our walk out song, and didn’t stop for nearly 30 seconds which is just messy for no reason
4. Our first dance was a mess. They started the song in the middle when the lyrics began rather than the true beginning of the song, and made up their own tempo which threw the whole dance we had choreographed off. Again, a mess.
5. We had custom pencils that we had put on our dinner tables. They had decided they didn’t want to put the song request cards on the table - not their choice here.
6. Because they didn’t have song requests, the dance floor was a huge flop for the first 30 minute plus. Respect was their second song choice ……
7. The microphone they gave for speeches was barely working, many people missed the speakers as well.
8. We gave clear instructions to announce that we were having our second special cocktail ready at 9pm, but by this time it was no surprise that.. that never happened.

I think the (short-lived) confusion about our team is the only real negative we had.

Otherwise it was really a good experience.

It would have been nice to meet with the actual performers before the wedding and not some random person.

I would love liked a consultation call prior to the week of the wedding. That week is just so hectic as it is. Also, I would prefer zoom calls to be able to meet the performers face to face before the event and to hear any of the more unique songs.

I’ll leave a full review on Google, but I don’t think there was anything I could’ve changed. The circle towards the end with us standing in the middle was special but maybe a little long. It felt a bit awkward, but I think everyone would have slightly different opinions. We’re both just more introverted/prefer not to be the center of attention

Honestly, it was amazing. Your team was on top of things from the very start, ensuring I was staying on top of things we needed to do without being overly pushy. (And I needed at least some level of pushy to ensure the ball in the air wasn't being forgotten about!) The questionnaire itself was extremely helpful in terms of our planning process; helped with figuring things out beyond just the entertainment too, which was appreciated. Our pre-wedding phone call with Katrina was fantastic in giving us assurance that we were in good hands. And the day of could not have gone any better. From arrival through departure, Katrina and Duncan were amazing. They were on top of things we weren't even aware of and their reception performance was an absolute joy. We've heard so many raves in the days since, and could not be more thankful that we went down this path.

Felix and Fingers is the best! We have enjoyed having the group play for the American Ceramic Society members at two meetings now. Super fun!
