Complete professionals and wonderful performances !!!! Sadly , our event was supposed to have a bar set up beside them and they only had a bar set up outside ?!?! So that kept people from mingling inside and drinking and dancing inside! I was very disappointed when I realized the venue had made this mistake !!! So we didn’t get Nate for as long as I had hoped because he was able to pack up early because everyone was outside !!! Ugh. BUT this was nooo reflection on him or his teammate ! They were amazing !!!!! Most professional experience I’ve ever had with dueling pianos !!! Will use and recommend again and again. Please pass along this message to Nate so he knows what the event ended early! I called him a few times since , but know he is incredibly busy! Thanks again!

Everything was wonderful! Jordan and Gordan were fabulous. Our guests had the best time. Those boys can party.

They were great, they rolled with the punches and had no issues shifting when our agenda changed. They were very accommodating!

Great planning process and easy to talk to our dueling pianos people. They were very accommodating to our needs!

Everything was smooth from start to finish. Small critique is that one of the pianists was a little harder to hear (Whitney) and less ‘entertaining’ than Katrina - who was awesome. (She still did great though!)

Communication was great, along with great musicians.

We absolutely loved the show. The guys showed up and showed out and really bought and played into our 80's theme. The planning and sales process was great. Definetly will book you guys again!

For venues like mine: I suggest they charge one flat fee instead of tiered pricing. Also recommend billing the show as "Dueling Pianos ft Felix & Fingers" instead of "Felix & Fingers Dueling Pianos." That small change more than doubled our sales from 2017 - 2024.

Right now I'm still trying to clear up a billing issue. However, since emailing about it, no one has been in contact with me. I mentioned it for a second time when I was contacted about setting a date for next year. And still no one has contacted me. So I'm not sure what's going on with this. So I would say communication on billing needs to be better. On another note, the pianists we had this year were exceptional. If we get the billing straightened out and I book again for next year, I would love to have both of them back.

To be honest, since we are paying $1,000 per hour, we should not have to pay extra to feed the entertainers. I am a business owner and this is what we call "excessive". It really rubbed me the wrong way.

It would be helpful if one of the musicians who would be performing at the event would be able to complete the final phone call to go over the timeline and pronunciation of names.
