Maybe a slight disconnect between agent + performers. Performers were lost getting onsite and asked my clients where to go, probably went on the gala dinner floor, but better practice would have been to call or text main POC upon arrival so I'd know to look out for them and to inform them where they should go if they not get that information previously.
Upon arrival, it was smooth sailing.
