During our event the performers were asked to have music playing softly during dinner and that they would be told when to start playing the pianos for the show. Austin stated that he would be in a specific area of the venue (inside) and to just give him a thumbs up when we were ready to start the show. After majority of the guests had had their food and were finishing up I could not find Austin or Ashley for roughly 20 minutes to tell them we wanted to proceed with the show. They started the show and all was good. We then took a break to present our service awards (for 15 employees) Austin requested my cellphone number and sent me a text so I would be able to contact him when we were ready to proceed with the show again. They had both went outside during this process. I texted Austin at 7:59pm stating we were ready and did not get a response, I texted him again at 8:08 again with no response, I had another employee call from my phone at 8:10pm, he stated he didn't receive the texts and they would be in shortly. The show proceeded once they returned. The show itself was awesome, songs were great, and the vibes were amazing but the leaving of the venue with such long breaks and not being able to get in contact was quite frustrating.
