The piano players did a great job at our holiday party, and we really enjoyed having them. I do want to share one concern from the setup process. When the drummer arrived, he was kinda rude to the AV team while they were trying to help him get power and finalize the setup.
Since our AV team had already met with your group beforehand to go over everything you’d need, the attitude in that moment felt unnecessary and unprofessional. It created tension on-site that we weren’t expecting, especially given the investment we made in bringing the group in.
I’m sharing this simply so you’re aware, and in hopes it can be addressed for future events.
