The sales process is quick and efficient, but there was some lacking details in the services provided. For us for example, it was not clear that a mic was not provided for the ceremony and this was a last minute add on.

Additionally, as sales had a new feature (QR code requests) and was attempting to cross sell this onto our existing package they could / should do a better job of understanding how to sell for different event types. Selling this for a corporate event vs a wedding are very different.

Duncan was amazing - we received so many compliments on his presence, vocals, and overall personality. Additionally, when we spoke with Duncan from booking to the day of, he was an absolute JOY! 100/10 recommend Duncan!
