Was booked easily and quickly. Then our chosen performer wasn't available. The reduced price was applied, but we weren't provided an option in who was swapped in. The meeting I set up in advance to review the night's event turned out to not be available so we took the call on the phone. I was told the performers would reach out to me for some additional music preferences - they didn't.

The performers were very kind, very professional and worked hard. They just weren't very good. The promise of "they'll be impossible to stump" was absolutely not the case -- there were a LOT of requested songs they didn't know. Their vocals are subpar, and they clearly were fitting certain songs just to fit what they already knew to play on piano - not actually knowing the underlying music.

Lovely engagement with the audience and very kind folks. Just not at all the quality of musical talent I expected.
