Jake and I spoke prior about the addon of the VIP Branding we did not receive; he said we would receive a $500 refund. Then Jake said there was no evidence of us adding the VIP Branding, it is clearly on our contract and correspondence between Kate See and I discussing how to submit. I sent the email between Kate and I to Jake. After doing so, Jake said the VIP Branding was part of our package price and we would not receive a $500 refund. About three weeks prior to event date, I emailed Jake and Kate inquiring about how to submit artwork for the VIP Branding, but never received a reply.
