Ariana was GREAT!!! Phillip however, showed up in a basketball jersey and shorts, when I went to get them for their performance he had changed into grey jean, white t-shirt with a button up shirt open and a trucker hat on backwards. I was shocked, I asked him when he planned to change for the show and he told me he weas changed! I had specifically asked them to be in business casual at a minimum. I'm not sure in what scenario a open shirt and trucker hat = business casual. We had made our desire very clear (I thought) with Menny in the pre-show interview (also a HUGE waste of time).

For me and my boss the pre-show interview with Menny was weird and pointless, I had filled out the survey and then we just went over it again. I could tell he was not prepared as he would ask questions like who was the contact at the hotel? What room are they in? etc only for me to tell him and then the answers were in the next section. I was also not informed that they would need a greenroom, I was able to pull something together, but this should have been expressed in the call.
Also, they just played/sang songs, there was no "Dueling", when I've gone to dueling piano bard usually there are a few songs they play at the same time, dueling, that was not the case.

Phillip, please see above, he stood out not in a good way. He was however, charismatic and a good performer.
Ariana was great, she should be your point person. She showed up dressed professionally, got set up and was a great performer. She was awesome!
