The final meeting was very helpful to clarify my expectations and none of the information was passed onto the performers. Ex. One less groomsman but he was still announced and I wanted an anniversary dance but it was never announced.
I was also told the end would be DJ but the songs were way too long, not mixed, not managed at all to keep energy up and performers were cleaning up stage the whole time very distracting.
