There was little to no issues throughout our experience with Felix and Fingers.
The only item that I would suggest or review for your company is your online forms for customers to fill out prior to meeting with the scheduled performer.
There appeared to be inconsistent times were the system frozen or won't confirming saving.
There were some questions that did not apply, but there was not an option to click N/A.
There were multiple questions that I felt after my selection - I wanted to include more details to avoid any confusion to my response.
Therefore, as we continued filling out the online forms, we just made some side notes to discuss with our performers to prevent any confusion.
