The planning process was great and very thorough, however I didn't know one of the performers wasn't coming until 20 minutes AFTER she was set to arrive...and she had all the equipment...three hours away. I know there was some sort of family emergency, however the late notification caused some serious hiccups, both visible and behind the scenes. The player was swapped out at the last minute and the two that were there were great and our members were very entertained and loved the event.
I will reach out to the individuals who helped with the planning process regarding our day of challenges.
