Almost everything was absolutely perfect, especially the experience on the day of. My only advice would be to have a more knowledgeable person do the check-in at the end right before the big day. Our person seemed unsure of the set up our pianists would have, including the kinds of microphones, arrival times, arrangements, etc. and could not confirm a lot of things I had questions about. None of it ended up being a problem, it just would have been nice to have someone with more details on my specific event to ask about.
