Right now I'm still trying to clear up a billing issue. However, since emailing about it, no one has been in contact with me. I mentioned it for a second time when I was contacted about setting a date for next year. And still no one has contacted me. So I'm not sure what's going on with this. So I would say communication on billing needs to be better. On another note, the pianists we had this year were exceptional. If we get the billing straightened out and I book again for next year, I would love to have both of them back.
