It would be good to have the musicians on the planning call. Our musicians broke down at 8:30PM even though it was agreed to that it would end at 10:30PM. Our coordinator had to talk to them repeatedly and show the pdf and contract just so they’d stay. The left an iPad on shuffle to DJ and left anyway. It was extremely disappointing.
