There are too many people emailing and coming from different addresses. The invoice comes from a completely different name MJ something - I would never know it's Felix and Fingers and I almost deleted it. Then, when you want us to do the survey it comes from someone else and then someone else emails to set up a meeting. I'm not sure what the answer is but it's easy to miss these emails when they are from people we are not expecting. and even some go to Spam.
