Saint Francis Fundraiser
We headed up to the St. Francis of Assissi Parrish in Jefferson, Wisconsin to play for their annual fundraiser. We love helping organizations raise money. First of all, we’ll get them in the door. Everyone loves a good show and when they hear we’re coming, you can expect a full crowd. Most importantly, we really know how to have everyone interacting and having a great time. And the more fun your guests have, the more money they will be willing to give. This St. Francis crowd had a blast with out show. They were singing and dancing throughout the evening. Laissez les Bons Temps Roulez!
Mardi Gras is always a great theme for this time of year. The decorations alone make for a festive atmosphere that puts everyone in the mood to party. And this church banquet area was resplendent with purple, green, and gold. Purple 
represents Justice, green represents Faith, and the gold is there to represent Power. These colors of beads were everywhere and feather boas were adorning many necks of these Mardi Gras revelers. For certain, the shiny masks have to be a part of any Fat Tuesday celebration and our performers made sure to join in. Any time we play a Mardi Gras themed event, we have to play the traditional New Orleans tunes like When the Saints Go Marching In and Jambalaya (On the Bayou). Of course, we still played a ton of other great requests at the Saint Francis Fundraiser. This group was having no problem coming up with all sorts of tunes for us and we did our best to keep up.
