The planning process felt fragmented across too many people, each only able to handle their own piece. I had to follow up a few times just to get answers (like who our performers were) and ended up repeating event details to multiple people instead of working with one dedicated contact.

Please explain what they did!
They were incredibly accommodating. They were the entertainment aspect of a live awards ceremony and with live events, timing can change in the moment. They were incredibly flexible and took the stage whenever we needed them to fill time and the crowd loved them!
