1) We were disappointed that our final walkthrough wasn’t with our actual performers. It seemed like the purpose of that call should have been to iron out details with our players so that we could make sure all of the details were touched on. We really didn’t see the point in walking through the questionnaire with Mendy (as nice as he was!).

2) We provided several songs that may be requested. While most all of them were performed, there was one song that was requested at least 3 different times but not performed (once by the bride & once by the groom). We understand that the musicians may not know every request but we thought the purpose of mentioning songs in advance on the questionnaire was to give the performers time to learn how to play each of the songs. The song in question “Big Ole Cock” is a song about the South Carolina Gamecocks which are based in Columbia, SC where we got married. It seems like this should have been able to be played if the band was given some notice.

All three of our performers were awesome! They played the hits all night and were quick to try and accommodate what they could. We loved all of the music they played.
