I think that giving a couple the questionnaire way earlier in the wedding planning process would be helpful. Also a more surefire way of communicating with the assigned DJ's before the wedding. We had a name change the week of the wedding but were unsuccessful at getting that information to the right person to get that changed for the wedding.
