One of the biggest things as a company that we noticed was the invoicing, The invoices were the exact same numbers except the XXX-1 and XXX-2 but they do show payments made/received. We thought the payment had already been made, but after further inspection and replies from Kate we noticed that was not at all the case. Overall, our experience was amazing, and our client was so happy with everything but that would be the only "complaint" I have.
We only received compliments from our client about the company and the performers and everyone was amazed by the talent and engagement throughout the event. Our performers were fantastic, and you are a wonderful company to work with!
