My concerns about the 2 performers assigned to me stemmed from my pre-planing call with Jake. Looking back, I realized that he did not discuss the 2 players with me at all. Nothing about their experience level, where they were driving from, whether they had played together before, etc. When I searched for their video profiles on the F&F website, there was no video for one of my players. This says to me that he's not a core member of your talent lineup. Concerning the actual performance, it became evident that the repetoire of this player was not as broad as the other musician. At a price of $5,000 in a downstate market where I can't charge Chicago ticket prices, I'm extremely sensative to the value I'm recieving for the fee. Has your company considered offering market-based and experienced-based pricing? So the fee would be lower for a less experienced player. And your pricing would be lower overall for smaller cities where the populaiton has a lower average income level.
