We enjoyed having the piano entertainment at our holiday party. Just a couple of small things that I noticed the night of the event. I know there was travel involved for one of the players from Kansas City and he had all of the equipment, he arrived around 5:20 and then they began setting up. Per our contract, we were told to be available by 4 p.m. so we made these arrangements. They were still getting set up as guests were arriving. It wasn't a huge deal.
They didn't seem to know what our schedule was I went over with Robert. DJ music from 6-6:45, then our President would speak, and then at 7:00 p.m. they could start the entertainment. Again, not a huge issue, they did a nice job entertaining our guests.
