Everything was so incredibly outstanding. Robert as our sales person was so kind and helpful. Duncan and Casey performed the exact show we wanted for our wedding.
The only (small) negative I could pinpoint is that your survey is very intimidating although I completely understand why you need to have it so detailed. I don't know if there's a way to "chunk" into pieces so you don't get a whole questionnaire right when you start planning. Maybe start with the more time sensitive questions or "easy" questions. Just a suggestion.
