Our 2 pianists showed up for setup on time, but then went to change and ended up being 4 minutes late to the start of the event. This made for a very silent and awkward start to the event as they had no back up music going while they were gone.

The lead pianist was informed that a vocal performer would provide them with a flash drive to contain the mp3s they intended to perform to. Then the pianist showed up without the correct equipment to use the flashdrive, causing us to use an unreliable cellphone as our source instead.

One of the pianists tried to hop in the buffet line before the majority of the guests, without asking. This came off as very unprofessional, and I asked her to wait. Once all the guests had eaten, we then allowed the performers to take their break as well.

During the break, their automatic playlist started playing Christmas music at a January event, causing many groans from the guests. The lead pianist then fumbled with the sound equipment for a bit, leaving the event with dead air while they tried to find a more appropriate list.

The actual performance ended up being entertaining, but the professionalism, DJ skills, and transitions between the performances were very cringe-worthy.
