The Glass Cactus Wedding of Natalie and Ross was one for the record books. Felix and Fingers players, Jeremy and Lacey, headed to Grapevine, Texas to play at this wonderful lakefront venue and had this crowd rockin’ it all night long. Congratulations to our very fun bride and groom.

It overlooks a gorgeous lake and has wonderful decking with outdoor seating for your guests to enjoy the amazing view. This is normally a club on weekends that hosts some awesome bands. You can imagine, then, the incredible stage on which we were able to perform. Not only that, their sound and light crew were superb in helping us set up and had us ready to go in no time. From a performer’s standpoint, this is the perfect venue.

Fireworks and Fancy Footwork
After a moving speech from the father of the bride, this group was ready to party. Country songs from the 90’s and 2000’s filled our request jars. How Do You Like Me Now from Toby Keith filled up the dance floor quicker than hot knife through butter. Tim McGraw’s I Like It, I Love It showed off some real fancy footwork. And then we were all treated to a huge surprise. A fireworks show over the lake put everyone in the mood for more partying and, of course, we had to play Firework by Katy Perry.
We slowed it down some with some romantic tunes like Chris Stapleton’s Tennessee Whiskey and Simple from Florida Georgia Line. This Glass Cactus Wedding was not only fun for all of Ross and Natalie’s guests, it was a blast for us too. We can’t wait to return to Grapevine, Texas and The Glass Cactus.
