To start with, Felix and Fingers had a BLAST playing at an AMAZING Armory wedding event. This special occasion was indeed as stunning as it was unique. T. Duncan Parker and Sam Baker drove out to Janesville, Wisconsin to perform for a fun loving crowd. As a matter of fact, incredible decor and personal touches at The Armory took our breath away! Have you ever attended a wedding so exquisite it left you speechless? We have. The Armory helped create a stunning event that perfectly completed Jessica and Daniel’s special day. This venue’s event planners and executive staff were some of the friendliest we’ve ever worked with. Everyone made sure this amazing Armory wedding event was PERFECT. To begin with, cocktail hour was a BLAST! Nothing says Wisconsin wedding like surprises. We had everyone immediately pack the dance floor with the Too Fat Polka by Arthur Godfrey. The crowd was in STITCHES! Since this was the bride and groom’s 3rd wedding in a week, this event ran like clockwork. Dinner was outstanding. The lovebirds used a “kiss by example” trick so guests wouldn’t clink glasses during their meal. We though this was a FUN idea!
Fire Alarms and Honeymoon Poll
This amazing Armory wedding event was indeed a night to remember. Literally! The fire alarm went off a few times. This siren actually had our crowd laughing and loving it. After the first alarm, our players performed We Didn’t Start the Fire by Billy Joel. The second alarm had us playing Fire and Rain (because it was raining). Duncan and Sam kept the humor with Ring of Fire by Johnny Cash and Burning Love by Elvis Presley. Our audience LOVE IT!
The bride and groom requested Bohemian Rhapsody by Queen. We had Jessica and Daniel split the room for a sing-off and lead both sides to battle it out. It was EPIC! Above all, there was a honeymoon poll at each table. Every guest received a penny to drop in a mason jar dedicated to the bride and groom’s honeymoon destination. Based on which jar had the most pennies, that’s where Jessica and Daniel were going! We LOVED it!
