What a barn! And we aren’t just saying that. Felix has indeed played many barn weddings. This was one stunning barn on Exley’s Christmas Tree Farm. An industrial, yet modern, facility with everything you need for your special day. Hence, this was a beautiful, cozy, country wedding. Staff was on point the whole night. Although the reception’s attendance was on the lighter side, everyone brought a great vibe. We loved seeing family and friends celebrate with the bride and groom in a genuine fashion. Both the bride and groom were so happy with their celebration of love. Amy and Dan had their guests in and out of the barn all night at their Exley’s Christmas Tree Farm Wedding Event. With perfect weather, they had fire pits, delicious food and drink trucks outside. Furthermore, almost every song was a request with TONS of dancing!
A Late Night Drunken Bliss
Our client’s decided to add a drummer to the show. Keith Droz did a fantastic job. His drumming is first rate and his added harmony brought a wonderful depth to our show. We LOVED when Uncle Birdie danced with Amy. This special dance was in honor of Amy’s father. The two danced a beautiful dance to Just The Way You Are by Billy Joel. This dance garnered a warm reaction from the crowd when they finished. One of our guests (Courtney) came up and sang I Want You Back by The Jackson 5. She sang this song in the original key and killed it! Courtney was previously on American Idol and it certainly showed. With her spot-on performance and lively showmanship, she was a highlight of our night!
Our performers burned up their keys with Shout by The Isley Brothers. This crowd let crazy loose. Our entire crowd lost themselves to the music. It was awesome! What a fun sight to behold. The energy within the room was at an all-time high. So was the money in our tip jar. We actually raised $200 for the bride and groom’s charity. Hence, their many praises during our show. This party kept rocking even through the DJ set at the end of our show. Celine Dion’s It’s All Coming Back to Me Now was a special song for Amy and her closest friends. We loved watching everyone have so much fun. All in all, the reception was a sight to behold, a half-interpretive dance, half late-night drunken bliss party. We obviously had an awesome night!
