Felix and Fingers brought the house down at the PFSbrands Holiday Party at the Capital Bluffs Event Center! The two story venue was perfect for live music and had an amazing stage for us. We were able to plug right into their state of the art sound system and got to add sub-woofers to the act! A Rewarding PFSbrands Holiday Party
Everyone’s a winner at PFSbrands! The CEO had to chase everyone away from the bar long enough to sit down and eat. After some delicious food and a heartfelt speech, it was time to honor the employees for a job well done–with prizes! People earned prizes for everything from length of service to most books read. We were pretty jealous. Cardinals tickets, a Ninja blender, and even a Rumba, for instance. That combined with the raffle held every three songs meant almost no one left empty-handed.
Chicken Fried Tunes
Though they are known for their chicken, the employees attending the PFSbrands Holiday Party at the Capital Bluffs Event Center weren’t scared to submit some pretty interesting song requests for us. We played the Judds, Cash, Faith Hill, and Carrie Underwood. The table in front kept sneaking in “T-Swizzle,” better known as Taylor Swift. No one seemed to mind, although the “wah, wah, wahs” from Neil Diamond’s Sweet Caroline almost got a noise complaint. And, of course, we had to include Zac Brown Band’s Chicken Fried.
