Embers Station Holiday Party Indiana
Felix and Fingers drove out to Rensselear, Indiana for the Remington Seed end of the year party. This was a fun and interactive dueling piano show for our client who is in the agricultural business. Embers Station is a unique and modern facility. Furthermore, a professional staff is always ready to meet your every need. In addition to the warm glow in this historic and rustic building, there was an incredible campfire smell! Embers Station is a brick oven craft bar with local flavors and is designed for any private event you can possibly imagine. With a 200+ guest space in a unique setting you and your guests will be delighted with this venue. If you are interested in touring Embers Station please click here.
Our performers for the Embers Station holiday party were T. Duncan Parker and Mike Sherman. We can’t say enough great things about these two players. In addition to making sure everyone is having a great time these guys will mingle, tell jokes and perform any song requested. Besides a great layout, there was a little music area connected to the bar. To begin with T. Duncan and Mike Dj’d during cocktail hour while guests enjoyed appetizers and a few spins on the floor. We knew how to bring the moves out with songs such as Stubborn Love by The Lumineers and Mack the Knife by Bobby Darin. On a side note, there were guitars and other assorted musical items placed around the room. Felix and Fingers would like to boast that our metal mascot Freddy is now part of this decor PERMANENTLY!
Small Town American Vibe Party
Felix and Fingers love to perform at small town American vibe venues. Embers Station was right up their alley. This really wasn’t a large crowd although they had big expectations with our music! In all honesty, Mike and T. Duncan thought there would be a ton of country songs but to our surprise, requests for club music kept pouring in. Mike and T. Duncan Dj’d their hearts out during a super tasty dinner. Mouthwatering wood fired tiger shrimp sauteed in a honey, garlic and soy sauce had us drooling for more. Furthermore a cast iron, fire baked S’mores casserole had us euphoric with sweets ecstasy.
The Embers Station holiday party had a great vibe with this fun crowd. In fact, Remington Seed head of the organization presented a brief speech with ending with “now….LET’S PARTY!” A crowd favorite guest Sarah was called out to come up and perform Baby Got Back by Sir Mix A Lot. Not only did she oblige, she nailed it. Who says seniors don’t know how to party? Rock on Sarah! We had no clue there was going to be a wedding proposal during our show. Maybe they’ll hire Felix and Fingers for their special day!
In conclusion, Felix and Fingers had a blast performing at the Embers Station holiday party. We felt warm and fuzzy with all the compliments throughout the night. It was awesome seeing everyone have a great time! If you’d like Felix and Fingers to perform at your next party send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or click here for more information.
