After Jake and Ben finished their show at the Ashburn Hill Plantation 60th birthday celebration, guests talked for days. Being a February birthday party, it was indeed quite mild in Moultrie, Georgia. Robyn (the birthday guest) was a hit with the crowd as she filled the venue with family and friends. She was as sweet as could be and loved by many!

The Ashburn Hill Plantation was so beautiful and overflowing with history. The Ashburn Hill Plantation has been in the family since 1890. It truly offered guests some great activities or places to mingle. In fact, there was a magnificent billiard room. The bar was one of the more impressive we have seen. A Night of Sassy Fun!
We loved the music diversity that was requested to play at this party. At one point of the night, Robyn’s mom took to the dance floor with her cane. Guests circled her and cheered her on to Whoomp! (There It Is) by Tag Team. It was quite the moment indeed. Since it was Robyn’s 60th Birthday Party, her gift bags had cookies that were decorated “60 & Sassy” – just like the music she like played. A favorite of Robyn’s was Let’s Get It On by Marvin Gaye. By the time we started playing some Stay With Me by Sam Cooke, the crowd was swooning.
The food was out of this world. From sliders to wraps to veggies and fresh fruit, everything was perfect. Above all, we had an awesome time when we played on each other’s keyboards during Great Balls Of Fire by Jerry Lee Lewis, solo. The crowd LOVED it. Felix and Fingers wish Robyn a Happy 60th Birthday!!
