Raging Rapper and One Jammin’ Jacket
We began the evening by playing light cocktail music while guests were dining. But once we began our dueling piano show, this crowd was singing and dancing along from the very first song. Nate, our champion rapper, rapped over one hundred words per minute to My Shot from the Broadway show Hamilton. It was impressive indeed. Then our client, Kim, loaned Nick an Elton John jacket for his version of Bennie and the Jets. It felt like Sir Elton was in the house with us as he was truly jammin’.
One man thought he could stump Nick with a newer song from Taylor Swift, Anti-Hero. Not only did Nick rock the song, but he then teased the guy by reminding him there are not many places one can see a bald-headed, bearded guy singing a Taylor Swift tune. Request after request kept coming in and the dance floor was on fire all night, but especially by the end of the night as this crowd did not want to stop. What a great time we had at this Rosen Shingle Creek Corporate Event!
