Felix and Fingers was lucky to perform at this Scripps Forum wedding to celebrate the marriage of Julie and David. What a lovely, fun couple with equally fun friends and family!
Scripps Forum Wedding
Julie and David chose the Scripps Forum wedding venue which is at the Scripps school of Oceanography on the beautiful campus of UC San Diego. It was a gorgeous beach side ceremony. The setting could not have been more beautiful. They were married right on the beach overlooking the waves. The Scripps Forum is a partially open air venue with sliding panels and glass doors. Because of this, there was an awesome flow between the inside and outside. Guest were able to watch the breathtaking sunset as they ate dinner. One Big Dance Party 
After the bride’s sister officiated the ceremony, Julie and David’s guests never stopped dancing! The bride and groom requested we play a thirty minute dance party before dinner was served. And the dance floor was packed! We even had people dancing during our dinner live dance set. This was a Jewish wedding and one of our favorite
things was seeing the guests dance the Hora. This took place right after the first dances and everyone, and we mean everyone, was on the dance floor. They were clapping and lifting the chairs. It was truly a cool thing to be a part of and so fun too! David and Julie’s Scripps Forum wedding was a favorite that will be remembered for a very long time. What a fun group!
