It’s definitely beginning to look like that time of year again, and Felix and Fingers Dueling Pianos are ready for the holidays.  The exuberant costumes and outlandish Halloween decorations will be thrown back in a box in the basement only to be replaced by holiday merriment and endless Christmas carols on every radio station.  The holiday season is one of our favorites as dueling pianists here at Felix and Fingers.  It’s the one time of the year where we can shoot ourselves back to yesteryear when all was ‘merry and bright.’  There is just something magical about being able to lead others in decades-old classics that always bring them together singing and laughing. The holiday dueling pianos scene is sure to bring out the little kid in every person who listens. My favorite part about digging out the holiday books is trying to see how many people I can get to “stop and listen” while they’re walking by.  I want to be able to give someone a memory just in 1 moment where they can drop all worries, let go the shopping bags, and just listen blissfully until the eventual chaos becomes all too familiar and retakes the presence in their mind.

What’s a Party Without Holiday Dueling Pianos?

So what does all of this happiness, song-singing and “Joy to the World-ness” mean for Felix and Fingers?

More opportunities to obsessively create lasting positive memories! (And of course a whole new genre of blogs!)  Yes, there is no stopping to smell the hot chocolate for us dueling pianists when the holiday season approaches.  This is the time of year where companies and corporations like to bring their most dedicated staff together and throw them a big soiree in Holiday style and spirit to celebrate all of their hard work.  Whether it is presenting the annual sales reports from the “top dogs” or acknowledging the longest working employees, Felix and Fingers is sure to make everyone feel like winners and give these hard workers a chance to meet and celebrate with new people in their company.  It is quite entertaining to watch what crazy skits and shows some of these clever workers collaborate on because you KNOW everyone wants to see their co-workers race to finish a rendition of “12 Days of Christmas” whilst wearing Santa hats and sounding like chipmunks. (Right?)  Co-workers singing holiday favorites

If you are looking for a way to entertain your most valuable “guests” at your upcoming holiday extravaganza, look no further than the universally talented and professional crew of Felix and Fingers.  Call or email us, we’ll take care of every request you bring forth.
