Rebooking Terms & Conditions

Terms for Rebooking Discount Eligibility:

Full Price Bookings: The 10% discount is only applicable to rebookings of events that were originally contracted at full price. This discount is not valid in conjunction with any other discounts or promotional offers.
Event Type: The discount only applies to weddings, corporate events, fundraisers, and other high-end private events.
Exclusion of High-Season Dates: The discount does not apply to rebookings for holidays, December bookings, or other high-season dates as determined by MJ Productions.
Performer Availability: MJ Productions may not be able to guarantee the availability of the same performers for the rebooked event.
Travel Expenses: The discount does not apply to travel expenses. If the rebooking occurs in a different location than the original booking, prices will be adjusted accordingly.
Discretionary Discount: Rebooking discounts are ultimately at the discretion of the sales representative. MJ Productions is under no legal obligation to offer a rebooking discount.
Rebooking Timeline: Rebookings must be initiated via a written commitment (email is acceptable) within 15 days of the original booking’s conclusion. A signed contract must be completed within 45 days, and a deposit must be on file within 75 days.
