Rebooking Terms & Conditions

Legacy Pricing: Legacy pricing is only applicable to rebooking of events that were originally contracted at full price. This is not valid in conjunction with any other promotional offers. Legacy Pricing means locking-in prior booking rates and not being subjected to rate increases.
Event Type: The offer only applies to weddings, corporate events, fundraisers, and other high-end private events.
Exclusion of High-Season Dates: The offer does not apply to rebooking for holidays, December bookings, or other high-season dates as determined by MJ Productions.
Performer Availability: MJ Productions may not be able to guarantee the availability of the same performers for the rebooked event.
Travel Expenses: The offer does not apply to travel expenses. If the rebooking occurs in a different location than the original booking, prices will be adjusted accordingly.
Discretionary Offer: Rebooking offers are ultimately at the discretion of the sales representative. MJ Productions is under no legal obligation to offer a rebooking offer.
Rebooking Timeline: Rebookings must be initiated via a written commitment (email is acceptable) within 15 days of the original booking’s conclusion. A signed contract must be completed within 45 days, and a deposit must be on file within 75 days.
