There was quite a bit of info missing from the PDF. Load in was tricky, and there was no load in time listed on the first page. John didn't know where I was supposed to set up. And the into and speech info was incorrect. I was able to construct a plan on site, but it made me look unprepared. Also, this client asked me NOT to take any pics, since this was at a private home. | |
I'm not sure who did the planning call after this client canceled their appointment with me, but there might be some training needed. | |
