Manage Handwrytten Notes

This evening we played just outside Lynnville for Co-Line Welding's annual picnic, a large outdoor event overlooking the beautiful lake on their company grounds. Kevin and I were able to pull right up to our performance space, making load-in a breeze!

I met our contact Signey as soon as I drove on site, and she was super helpful with all our logistics, getting us power, bottles of water and food tickets, and generally moving everything along from DJ set to the final fireworks. Whether it was reporting feedback on our sound levels or finding a dolly for load out, we both appreciated how she helped things move efficiently all evening.

Our performance was one of many attractions, including a bouncy house and a dunk tank, and we had several group of tables and walkers-by singing along and requesting throughout the show. The highlight for me was bringing up guest singer James, who I accompanied while he ably crooned Frank Sinatra and classic rock, to the delight of his wife and co-workers.
