The food for this event at the Ritz was absolutely some of the best event food I have ever had in my entire life. They had a three course meal consisting of a wedge salad with a tropical lilikoi dressing and some lovely soft cheese, a chicken entree bone in over some amazing vegetables including baby carrots potatoes and fried greens and a wonderful tropical dessert that was somewhat like a pudding topped with jello and graham cracker.

The setting was absolutely lovely and the clients were so happy with it, it was an indoor outdoor room with a balcony overlooking the ocean and sunset as well as ironwoods beach. This gave the room the beautiful luxury hawaiian feeling getting so see the sunset and move between indoors and outdoors so comfortably and effortlessly.

Towards the end of the night I had the CEO and many awards winners singing and dancing along to the music, they had so much fun that after the official party was over I found them in the Valet line looking to go out to find more live music because they enjoyed it so much!
