Watertown, Wisconsin was our destination for this Watertown Elks Club Fundraiser. The purpose of this fundraiser was to raise money for the Johnson Creek School District. Felix and Fingers LOVE fundraisers! We’re experts at helping you raise money.
Watertown Elks Club Fundraiser
The Watertown Elks Club was a great location for this school fundraiser. The banquet area is quite spacious and we just loved the stage. This vintage building dates from 1888. It was the former Concordia Opera House and the Elks purchased it in 1916. It has all of the charm of a building from that age but also has the modern amenities one needs for this century too. Felix loves it when there is an elevator. Believe us, we have carried our pianos up many a flight of stairs and are always thankful when we don’t have to. The first floor of the Elks Club is a full service dining area. Next, on the second level, you will find a lounge. Finally, on the third floor, there is an expertly restored grand ballroom. Famous Faces and More Fun
We ran into a couple of famous faces here at the Watertown Elks Club Fundraiser. First, we saw a former hall of fame Green Bay Packers player. Then, we spotted a recent contestant from Master Chef. Our performer, Emily, was so excited as she loves this guy. She totally photo bombed a picture our other performer wanted to take with him. Besides the well known guests, this was a great crowd. They raised a ton of money, with help from Felix, of course. We had everyone singing, dancing, and opening their wallets all night. Tunes from the 1980’s were popular this evening. Remember Taylor Dane’s Tell It To My Heart? Don’t worry, we did. We also had some Pat Benetar and Donna Summers. More recent hits included Justin Timberlake’s Can’t Stop the Feeling! and Ariana Grande’s Into You.
