We had a blast performing at the beautiful Stone Harbor Resort wedding in Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin. This was our first all vegan wedding, but what they lacked in animal products the more than made up for in excitement. We had Spice Girls, rap battles, and a bridal dance off!
Stone Harbor Resort Wedding on the Bay
It was a beautiful day for an outdoor ceremony on Stone Harbor Resort’s gorgeous patio overlooking Sturgeon Bay. Any fears we had about vegan food went right out the window with the first bite. Everything they prepared was amazing! The food wasn’t the only special part about the day though. The staff went out of their way to decorate the dining room and dance floor. Wedding Party Ready to Party
Foreshadowing the party to come, the bridal party were introduced with Mambo No. 5 by Lou Bega. One of the highlights of the night happened right after the bouquet toss. The bride dramatically ripped off the bottom of her gown to reveal a modified dancing dress underneath with sneakers! The groom started things off by helping us rap The Real Slim Shady by Eminem. Not to be outdone, the bride followed that up with Crazy in Love by Beyonce. We also did a Spice Girls medley that was hugely popular. The show stopper was unquestionably Vanilla Ice’s Ice, Ice, Baby. Everyone in the room joined in!
