To begin with, the Schauer Arts Center Dueling Piano Party Fundraiser was an EPIC night of interactive FUN. Our performers for this high energy auction/fundraiser were Robert Deason and Jim Gritschke. Our client, St. Boniface Catholic School, put on an AMAZING event. This fundraiser was located in Hartford, Wisconsin and raised a ton of money for a variety of needs within St. Boniface School. Not only was the Schauer Arts Center Dueling Piano Party Fundraiser a success, but everyone had a BLAST!

If you’re searching for a facility that has it all, check out the Schauer Arts Center, you won’t be disappointed. Nestled in downtown Hartford, filled with culture and history, this event venue is unique as it’s versatile. Your guests will be talking for months after experiencing everything this transformed 1919 canning factory has to offer. With much of the industrial ambiance still intact, this space showcases a distinct blend of rustic charm and modern elegance. In addition to this event raising around $60-$70K, we donated our tip money back from song requests. At times we literally had guests making it rain money into the tip jar with our amazing performances. During cocktail hour, a sing-off to Bohemian Rhapsody by Queen had everyone chirping at the top of their lungs. They sounded AWESOME!
A Very Successful and Fun Fundraiser
Felix has worked with a TON of event managers. In fact, we’ve worked with some of the most friendly and helpful staff at event facilities across the nation. Certain individuals stand out, such as Amy, the Schauer Arts Center venue manager. Amy made sure EVERYTHING ran smoothly. She also kept the lights and sound at optimum levels throughout the night. We thought that was IMPRESSIVE. On the other hand, Amy also guided Schauer Arts Center staff through every phase of this FUN fundraiser without falter. So a shout out to Amy for her fantastic effort!
A highlight of the Schauer Arts Center Dueling Piano Party Fundraiser was the food. For instance, there were mouth-watering versions of beef, chicken, halibut and Greek salad perfectly displayed buffet style. We were able to clean full plates of food. Everything was delicious! Later in the night they brought in a gyro bar. That, our friends, was the real star. Also available were DELICIOUS handmade cupcakes, complete with music note decorations, donated by a local vendor. They were very tasty indeed!
The majority of guests in attendance and on the planning committee were teachers. This fun-loving group was able to let loose with our interactive show to all their favorite 80’s and 90’s tunes. By the end of the night, we raised over $600 in tips and happily gave it all back to St. Boniface Catholic School. Being a part of this super fun fundraiser was actually an honor to help raise funds for this amazing group!
In conclusion, Felix and Fingers had a GREAT time at the Schauer Arts Center Dueling Piano Party Fundraiser. On the other hand, we LOVED the TONS of live auction items including trips to a variety of tropical destinations. There were also amazing food and liquor packages we want to return next year and bid on!
