It was a perfect day for the Geneva Resort Wedding. Absolutely amazing weather outside overlooking Lake Como in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin. Felix and Fingers always enjoy returning to the Geneva National Resort. They take great care of us! Congratulations Ashley and Brian!
Geneva Resort Wedding Lake Como
Our performers for the Geneva Resort wedding were Mike Potts and Chris Heroldt. Nothing beats a beautiful fall day on Lake Geneva coupled with hot air balloons drifting overhead. If you’re searching for a country club setting with gorgeous natural surroundings, the Geneva National Resort is the perfect venue. Guests arrived at the Geneva National Resort greeted with cocktails and were seated outdoors for a stunning ceremony. While Ashley and Brian exchanged vows under an exquisite pergola, guests relished in the views of spectacular fall colors. In other words, Ashley and Brian’s photographs are going to look amazing!
Tonight’s reception was held in the Legends Room at the Geneva National Resort. A refreshed, highly sought after Legends Room offered a perfect ambiance of exposed brick walls, whitewashed tin ceilings and a private bridal suite. The Legends Room boasts panoramic views of rolling fairways and picturesque views of Lake Como. It was without doubt that the wedding planners and staff spent a great deal of time and attention to detail creating this dream wedding. The Geneva Resort wedding spared no expense. A mid-sized affair dined on some of the best cuisine Wisconsin has to offer. It was especially great to hear Ashley and Brian enjoy Sinatra and Nat King Cole. Great Dancing Crowd
The bride had sent Mike and Greg a list of 30 songs to perform, all of which were great wedding tunes. After dinner, Mike and Chris had all the guests up and on the dance floor within minutes. We could tell this was a great dancing crowd as they were having so much fun! A highlight of the evening was the Dirty Dancing demonstration. For example, a few guests tried to pull off a leap and catch move while we played I’ve Had the Time of My Life by Frankie Previte. We suggest if you’ve had a few cocktails to play this competition with caution!
After our dueling show wrapped up, Mike and Chris continued performing until the last shuttle took guests home. Everyone definitely had a great time! In fact, as the final shuttle left the Geneva Resort wedding, we could hear the last group of guests singing Sweet Caroline by Neil Diamond as they were shuttled away. Mission accomplished!
