The Irish Barn at Whistling Straits Golf course was a beautiful setting for this Cottingham Butler Corporate Event. Our Felix and Fingers performer stated that it was one of the most stunning barn venues we had ever played.

Cottingham and Butler chose the Irish Barn at Whistling Straits golf course to honor their top insurance salespeople. We can tell these top sales people are real go-getters because of their constant participation on the dance floor. And also because of their fun requests. It was a lot of 90’s music and as we’ve pointed out before, that always correlates to a fun crowd.
We have found that our audiences are a little more subdued when we play for corporate events. But not this time because they packed the dance floor all night. Our performer, Robert, really thought a man in suspenders was totally cool. So he even made up a song, to the turn of Joy to the World by Three Dog Night, about this man’s suspenders and how he couldn’t get his pants off. We’re always up for some crazy hi-jinks. Stunning Venue
A stunning mist came rolling over the hills from Lake Michigan due to a storm right before this Cottingham Butler corporate event. It added a magical touch as the view was absolutely awe inspiring. We felt it was one of the most breathtaking barn venues we had ever played. And we’ve played a few!
The Irish Barn itself, part of this large golf and venue complex, was charming and quaint. The decor and table settings were a charming mixture of elegance and rustic touches. Just beautiful. The food was catered by the venue and was excellent as was their staff. We would be happy to play again here and will be sure to recommend it to our Felix and Fingers clients.
