Butte Des Morts Country Club Event
Guests here attended the Northwestern Mutual 2017 Recognition Dinner to honor employees and recognize the past year’s accomplishments. This was a formal event and the men came dressed in tuxes and the ladies came in long, beautiful dresses. As guests entered into the venue they mingled and chatted with one another as we had soft music in the background. The Butte Des Morts Country Club Event prepared a lovely dinner and the staff was very attentive. They even prepared a last-minute vegetarian dish for me, and it turned out to be some amazing butternut squash ravioli! The venue had a great atmosphere and the crowd enjoyed each other’s company. Some employee’s at the company were recognized for their accomplishments in the past year as well. It’s great to see a company put something like this together for their employees.
I Wanna Dance With Somebody
The country club placed us in the middle of the room, which allowed us to see the crowd from all different angles and our sound could be heard evenly throughout the room. Guests came prepared with lots of great requests and we happily took them. We received many requests for popular 80s songs, so we danced the night away to some Michael Jackson, Salt N Pepa, Queen, and of course Whitney Houston. The ladies and gents, of course, had a rad time getting down, but other times they just wanted to “Jump” to the music. All puns aside, Felix and Fingers had a lovely time performing for this group of people and at a great venue. We hope to be back!
