On Thursday, October 22, 2026, Felix And Fingers brought the keys, the comedy, and the crowd-powered music to a standout fundraiser at Embassy Suites by Hilton San Antonio Riverwalk Downtown in San Antonio, Texas. The occasion was the Professional Bondsmen of Texas annual conference, and the evening combined serious fundraising success with a full-throttle Western celebration.

Set along the iconic San Antonio Riverwalk, the venue offered a polished downtown backdrop for an event that moved seamlessly from live auction excitement to barbecue-fueled revelry. By the time the dueling pianos show kicked into gear, the room was already buzzing from a high-energy auction that raised more than $50,000 for the PBT organization.

A High-Energy Fundraiser on the San Antonio Riverwalk

The evening began with lively auctioneering that immediately set the tone. Rather than a slow build, the fundraiser launched with momentum, drawing attendees into the action and keeping the energy high from the start. Guests responded enthusiastically, and the successful live auction gave everyone a major reason to celebrate before the music even began.

Raising over $50,000 is no small accomplishment, and the achievement added a meaningful spark to the party that followed. The Professional Bondsmen of Texas annual conference created the kind of atmosphere where guests could support an important organizational goal, then relax into a night of entertainment, food, and connection.

Embassy Suites by Hilton San Antonio Riverwalk Downtown proved to be a fitting host for the celebration. For groups considering a fundraiser, conference party, or private entertainment experience in San Antonio, the venue’s downtown location and event-friendly setting helped create a smooth transition from formal programming into festive nightlife.

Once Felix And Fingers took the stage, the room had already been warmed up by the auction, making it easy for the performers to jump into upbeat requests and crowd interaction. That natural handoff—from fundraiser to full-on party—is one of the reasons dueling pianos work so well for corporate and association events.

Barbecue, Western Flair, and Mechanical Bull Riding

The night embraced a country theme in all the best ways. Guests leaned into cowboy attire, Western flair, and a playful sense of competition, creating an event environment that felt both organized and spontaneous. It was the kind of fundraiser where boots, laughs, and big smiles all seemed perfectly at home.

Barbecue was a major highlight, with tasty brisket and classic cookout flavors giving attendees plenty to enjoy between songs, conversations, and rides on the mechanical bull. The food matched the theme beautifully, adding to the relaxed Texas feel of the evening without distracting from the main purpose of the fundraiser.

Then came the mechanical bull. Throughout the night, guests took turns testing their balance, bravery, and sense of humor while others cheered them on. The bull rides added a memorable visual element to the party and gave attendees another reason to gather, laugh, and encourage one another.

By the end of the evening, the mechanical bull had become more than a themed activity—it was part of the entertainment. The bull ride challenge brought out friendly competition and helped keep the energy rolling alongside the music. For a group event, that blend of interactive entertainment and live performance made the celebration feel personal, active, and fun.

Dueling Pianos Turned the Celebration Into a Singalong

Felix And Fingers arrived ready to match the Western spirit of the night with a lively dueling pianos show full of upbeat country and rock & roll requests. Alicia, Josh, and the Felix And Fingers team brought a dynamic mix of piano-driven music, rhythm, humor, and audience participation that fit the fundraiser’s celebratory mood.

The request-driven format gave attendees a direct role in shaping the soundtrack. Country favorites naturally found their place in the set, while rock & roll selections gave the room even more opportunities to clap, sing, and dance. That flexibility is one of the biggest strengths of dueling pianos: the show can follow the crowd wherever the night leads.

As the party continued, the audience grew more involved. What began as a successful fundraiser evolved into a true celebration, with singalongs, dancing, and plenty of laughter filling the room. The performers kept the pace upbeat, responding to the crowd’s energy and making sure the entertainment felt connected to the people in front of them.

The combination of auction success, great barbecue, cowboy style, mechanical bull riding, and interactive music made this San Antonio event a standout. Felix And Fingers helped tie all those elements together, turning a conference fundraiser into a memorable night on the Riverwalk.
