Top F&F performers Gabriel and Jeremy headed to Carrollton, Texas to play for the Adaptive Training Foundation Fundraiser. This was one event of which we were incredibly proud to be a part. We met an amazing group of people and found out about a wonderful organization. Read on!

Adaptive Training Foundation Fundraiser

Adaptive Training Foundation Fundraiser website photoThe Adaptive Training Foundation is a gym for those living with physical and/or traumatic injuries. What a great concept. We couldn’t have more impressed with the determination and dedication of their clients. This fundraiser was also an awards ceremony. Those receiving awards were beyond inspiring. The Adaptive Training Foundation’s mission is to “provide access and inclusion to individuals living with physical or traumatic impairments by empowering them through exercise and community.” And from what we saw, they do an excellent job at fulfilling this mission. Wheelchair Dancing and More

It was obvious that a ton of planning and preparation went into this Adaptive Training Foundation Fundraiser. Therefore, our show went as smoothly as possible. Whenever we play for a fundraiser, all of the tips we raise go directly to the organization. Adaptive Training Foundation Fundraiser website picAnd our players know how to bring in those tips! This was one incredibly successful night. We would play for a while, and then stop for more awards. Between our awesome piano show and witnessing all of their successes, the crowd was super excited.

They rocked out to tons of awesome requests. Salt-N-Peppa’s Whatta Man had everyone grooving and I’m Still Standin’ by Elton John had them all singing at the top of their lungs. Everyone went crazy to Ruff Ryder’s Anthem by DMX. The clients showed us that they could really cut a rug. The swing dance spins, in a wheelchair no less, were truly awesome. We had a wonderful night with the staff and clients of the Adaptive Training Foundation. What a great, and memorable, show!
